Our range of cast floors

Polyurethane floors
This polyurethane flooring system is a cast floor also known as PU flooring. Your result is a one-color and completely seamless finished floor.

Wall System
Thanks to this wall system, we process walls and screed completely seamlessly. Your result is a perfectly seamless and one-color wall. This product is suitable for bathrooms thanks to its waterproof property.

Stair systems
This seamless staircase system allows you to have your concrete stairs completely incorporated into your cast floor. As a result, you obtain a seamless staircase in a color of your choice.

Microtopping
Our Microtopping is a strong type of flooring system based on epoxy, (instead of cement, as with Mortex). We place our microtopping on the floor and walls, creating a beautiful seamless and colorful result.

Flakes floor
Our flake floor can be compared to a seamless version of a terrazzo floor. We create a cast floor and sprinkle flakes in different colors over it. You choose the color of the cast floor and the flakes all by yourself!

Concrete look
Are you not a fan of a one-color seamless floor, but are looking for a product with a bit more hue? Then our two-tone cast floor is perfect for you! Discover our seamless concrete look!

Equalin
Equalization is the perfect solution for an even surface. Are you renovating and have you decided to remove your old floor (e.g. tiles)? Equalization is the ideal solution if your original screed is no longer level enough.

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
-
What is the difference between a polished
concrete floor and an epoxy floor?Polished concrete is a rugged, seamless floor created by polishing and possibly sealing concrete. Epoxy floors consist of multiple layers of epoxy resin and offer more color options and a smoother surface. Both are durable, but epoxy floors are often more resistant to chemicals and wear and tear.
-
Are polished concrete and epoxy floors low maintenance?
Yes, both floor types are very easy to maintain. They have a seamless surface that is easy to clean with a mop or vacuum cleaner. For stubborn stains, a mild detergent will suffice.
-
Can these floors
be used in any room?Polished concrete floors are ideal for large spaces such as garages, living rooms or warehouses. Epoxy floors are more versatile and suitable for residential, commercial and industrial environments thanks to their adaptable properties and chemical resistance.
-
Are these floors cold to the feet?
Both polished concrete and epoxy floors can feel cold, but they are excellent when combined with underfloor heating. This not only provides comfort, but also efficient heat distribution.
-
How long does the placement of a polished
concrete or epoxy floor?Installation time varies by project. For a polished concrete floor, it usually takes 2-4 days, including drying and finishing. Epoxy floors often require multiple coats and require a curing time, so the process can take 3-7 days.
